Digital Marketing Manager

Dash Energy is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company’s digital marketing efforts with both inbound and outbound strategies. As our digital optimizer, you will control the marketing strategy and make sure everything is running smoothly. You will drive our marketing plan using foundational elements such as email marketing, landing pages, paid ads and lead generation forms. We need your brains to build what’s best and your grit to change things up when they need fixing.

What You'll Do

  • Run our marketing tech stack – Optimize our marketing tech stack (WordPress, Hubspot, Unbounce, Hootsuite) to ensure campaigns run smoothly and are tracked appropriately
  • Grow our audience –  Nurture and grow our list of contacts by converting traffic and readers with strong calls-to-action and effective content
  • Manage email campaigns – Build and oversee all email marketing campaigns by testing and learning what is most effective with our audience
  • Build paid search and social ad campaigns – Test advertising methods and budget through paid search and social media retargeting 
  • Support WordPress website – Collaborate with team members to refine the Dash Energy  website content and theme design
  • Build for conversion – Design landing pages, website pages and lead generation forms optimized to convert
  • Communicate results – Set, interpret and share campaign metrics with the team 

About You

  • Ask smart questions, take risks, champion new ideas and share in our love of a good analogy
  • Flexible and fast learner who is coachable with a drive for continuous improvement 
  • Be self-directed and action-oriented with the ability to apply creativity to complex problems
  • Have experience using marketing tools, including building and running marketing campaigns (Hubspot experience is a plus)
  • Experience in conversion optimization and A/B testing
  • Must be data-driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and the ability to execute against findings.
  • Proficiency in marketing tactics used to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads and nurture leads into customers 
  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and works well on a team
  • Ability to have fun and enjoy the process of building something great
