The ideal candidate is an experienced SaaS sales executive who can strategically manage a sales pipeline while driving deals to close with our customers.  A successful candidate needs to have a consultative approach with the ability to inspire trust and credibility while influencing buying decisions. We are changing the world of energy procurement and management, and it will be your role to make sure people are comfortable during their journey. This is a quota-carrying role where you will manage all aspects of the sales process while making a visible impact within our growing organization. 


  • Sell B2B SaaS product subscriptions to the energy marketplace
  • Manage strategic dialogues with prospects to discover needs
  • Demonstrate a strong business case for Dash through a consultative and value-driven sales approach
  • Build a qualified sales pipeline targeting new business accounts
  • Meet and exceed your sales goals through any means necessary
  • While coming from the energy space is not imperative, understanding it is. We expect you to quickly gain market intelligence and competitive intel to maintain a strategic advantage
  • Conduct online presentations and product demos 
  • Synthesize product feedback from clients to help inform product roadmap


  • Experienced quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS sales person
  • Proven track record of understanding job requirements and self-motivated to exceeding sales quotas 
  • Building happy customer relationship while hitting your numbers
  • Strategic and creative thinking that enables you to understand new industries and customer trends, while applying those insights to deliver results
  • Experience with CRM & sales/marketing automation tools (Hubspot experience is a plus), or the ability to learn 
  • Collaborative, team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment, and hits their numbers
